Somos Más offers workshops to organizations who are interested in the art of leading through a participatory approach, providing a safe and practical space where participants have an introduction to the Art of Hosting. Through conversations and learning by doing, we explain its core methodologies and practices, as well as some shared stories on how it works in different contexts, while exploring how participants can use them immediately.

This is a one-day overview of a training that usually lasts three days*, a taster to appreciate what the Art of Hosting entails and its range of participatory approaches such as Open Space Technology, World Café, ProAction Café, Circle Practice and Appreciative Inquiry, which can be used in a variety of work-teams throughout organizations.

Art of HostingWhat is the Art of Hosting?

“The Art of Hosting is a highly effective way of harnessing collective wisdom and self-organizing capacity of groups of any size. Based on the assumption that people give their energy and lend their resources to what matters most to them -in work as in life- the Art of Hosting blends a suite of powerful conversational processes to invite people to step in and take charge of the challenges facing them”.
